总仰头；颈后骨突之间的小肌一直在伸。

颈后正中、两个骨突之间酸；回到微收下巴会轻。

下巴收，后颈变长，不要把头甩到最后。

Back of the neck · Uncommon

Joins neighboring neck spinous processes. Helps the neck bend backward.

Always looking up; the small muscles between the bony bumps at the back of the neck stay stretched.

Sore in the middle of the back of the neck, between two bony bumps; easier when you return to a slight chin tuck.

Tuck the chin and lengthen the back of the neck. Do not throw the head all the way back.
