这块肌肉是什么

贴在颈椎上的短肌，把上一节颈椎转向对侧。

快速转头；颈椎深层小肌做细小旋转。

颈后靠近棘突的深部一点酸；慢慢转头还能动，甩头会晕。

把脸慢慢转到一侧再回正。头晕就停，不要快速甩头。

A short muscle on the neck vertebrae. Turns the vertebra above to the opposite side.

Turning the head fast; the small deep muscles of the neck do the fine rotation.

A deep sore spot at the back of the neck, near the spinous process. You can still move if you turn slowly. Whipping the head makes you dizzy.

Slowly turn the face to one side, then back to center. Stop if you get dizzy. Do not whip the head fast.
